In terms of technological innovation, Youi has actively introduced advanced equipment from home and abroad, including 9 fully automatic swing baking production lines from Japan's YAHOMAS, 4 fully automatic oil curtain frying production lines from the United States' HEAT & CONTROL, 1 microwave drying line, 1 drying line and a large number of quality inspection instruments to ensure that the raw materials are not carbonized, and that the high temperature instantly absorbs moisture and locks in nutrients, thereby maintaining the most original taste of the food.

Youi attaches great importance to the construction of talent team, and has organized and trained a research and development team consisting of 1 doctor, 5 masters and 42 undergraduates.
At the same time, it actively seeks industry-university-research cooperation, and has successively cooperated with Jiangsu Normal University to establish Suzhou Agricultural Products Deep Processing Engineering Technology Research Center; cooperated with Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences to establish Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences Youi Group Research Institute; and cooperated with Jiangnan University to build a national coarse grain food testing center, transforming scientific research results into market competitiveness as soon as possible, improving the market value of products, vigorously developing new products, and achieving one generation of mature products, one generation of development, and one generation of reserve products.
